The Algerian Embassy in Brasília Commemorates the 65th Anniversary of the October 17, 1961, Demonstrations, Which Mark National Emigration Day

The Algerian Embassy in Brasília commemorated the 65th anniversary of the October 17, 1961, demonstrations, which mark National Emigration Day, under the slogan “From the Depths of Memory to the Horizons of the Future.”
The program included the raising of the national flag and the playing of the national anthem, followed by a speech on the occasion delivered by His Excellency the Algerian Ambassador to Brasilia, Mr. Abdelaziz Ben Ali Al-Sharif. This was followed by a minute of silence and a recitation of the opening chapter of the Quran in memory of our noble martyrs.
